POWER OF ATTRACTION in FENG SHUI REAL ESTATE

When you sell your home, whether a regular sell, short sale, or foreclosure. Don’t trash your home. Don’t take things (light fixtures, curtains, appliances, etc …) from the house because, by doing so, you are unwittingly “stealing” from the new occupants, and you have not let go of your misfortune.

Feng Shui practitioners firmly believe that sometimes, the house and the occupants are in “conflict” with each other; therefore, misfortune does happen.

But, when it happens, don’t take things from a “misfortunate” place to store or put them in your new home. Negative energy will linger and circulate into your new domain.
This photo, the home of one of my sellers, sold their home under a short sale, leaving it spic and span, even better than when the new buyers first saw it.
The fruit trees were loaded with fresh fruit that the sellers left behind to bestow good fortune to the new owners.
By blessings others, my sellers indeed received unexpected blessings when they moved into their new home…..:)
We are going to have a “Show and Tell” “Do and Don’t” Feng Shui Class on March 10, 2012 from 10 – 1 pm.  Contact us at Gwen@GwenCoronado.com for more information.

As always, your comments would be greatly appreciated ………………:)

QUICK FIX FENG SHUI FOR CAREER, MONEY, PROTECTION, ETC….

Clutter: Remove 9 unwanted items daily. Do it consistently for 90 days.  When you feel better, lighter, increase to 18, then after 90 days, repeat with 27, and so on until there is no clutter left, then go back to basics; 9 unwanted items daily.
Business Slow: Get a bell, go around the premises privately, and ring it loudly to invite patrons.
Career Advancement: Light up candles in Fame direction, if you sit at your desk, it is the forward end in the middle.
Before you light the candles, make a silent wish, then light up.  Must not leave candles unattended.
Negative Energy: Burn sage, walk around and say a prayer to Jesus, to Buddha, to Kuan Yin, etc… depending on your religion, asking for guidance and removal of all negative energy.
Be careful when handling the sage for it will burn!
Nothing seem to move forward: Be a giver.
When things seem to be stagnant, reexamine yourself.
Give: Either volunteer charity work or donate money, unwanted items to charity.
Lets everything flow.
Support: Hang a mountain photo behind your desk for support. Nothing is stronger than the mountain that stands behind you.
Need Protection: Hang feathers that you find near the front door.
Need Excitement: Carry a big red purse, or for a man, carry a red wallet.

IF ONLY ……………………..

One night President Obama and his wife Michelle decided to do something out of routine and go for a casual dinner at a restaurant that wasn’t too luxurious.
When they were seated, the owner of the restaurant asked the President’s secret service if he could please speak to the First Lady in private.
They obliged and Michelle had a private conversation with the owner.
Following this conversation President Obama asked:
“Michelle, why was he so interested in talking to you?”
Michelle said that in her teenage years, he had been madly in love with her. President Obama then said,
“So, if you had married him, you would now be the owner of this lovely restaurant?”
to which Michelle responded, “No, if I had married him, he would now be the President of The United States……………….:)
Happy Friday, Everyone ………………..:)

ALTAR – FENG SHUI THERAPY

In Vietnam, every family, regardless of religion, has an altar.
It is extremely important because the altar represents roots.
We all have ancestors, or someone that we look up to.
The altar in Feng Shui represents a sacred space for spiritual guidance, meditation, to unwind, or to talk to our ancestors as therapy.
This is the altar of my Mom, who passed away decades ago.
In her altar, I placed flowers, water, candles, fruits, white rice. They are the five elements of Feng Shui (Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal) .
I have a photo of my mom on the altar so that my son will remember his grandma.
Today is the third day of the Lunar New Year, I placed an Earth Cake (Banh Chung), a traditional cake that we must have during our New Year celebration.
The altar is a sacred place for me to pray, meditate, and to share my utmost secret with my ancestor, my Mom.
I talked to my Mom before I left home to attend college.
I talked to her when I prepared for marriage.
I talked to her when my husband and I had an argument.
Amazingly, after talking to my mom for a few minutes or hours, I always received an answer to my questions.
We all have the ability to sort out our problems once we sit down long enough to talk things out.
That saved me time, and money from seeking therapy; being a very private person, I don’t think I am able to sit in a stranger’s office to talk about my intimate issues.  Also, when I talk to my mom, my secret is safe.
 Borrowing Jane Alexander’s wisdom:
”All members of the household need a space of their own where they can be entirely themselves, free from disturbances”.
 Create your own sacred place.
Email us at Gwen@GwenCoronado.Com so that we can  find your sacred space, tap into your mentor support, and create an altar that will work for you according to your date of birth.

PREDICTIONS of PRINCESS KAORU NAKAMARU of JAPAN and FENG SHUI SAN DIEGO for 2012

GWEN CORONADO shared FENG SHUI DO and DON’T TIPS FOR NEW YEAR 2012 @ Viet News TV
My office has been flooding with phone calls and emails asking about the year of the Dragon, and the predictions of Princess Kaoru Nakamaru of Japan that 2012 is the end of the world, and can Feng Shui help.Princess Kaoru graduated at Columbia University.
She is also a journalist, having interviewed kings, presidents, prime ministers, and business people from many countries; she has given speeches, written books, and has appeared on television as a commentator on international political affairs.
Princess Kaoru was acclaimed in U.S. magazine, and Newsweek, as the “World’s Number One Interviewer,” and the Washington Post described her as “one of those rare women in the world with an outstanding international sensitivity.”  http://nakamarukaoru.com/profile/indexE.html
So, with the Princess’ background, I could understand why everyone was concerned.
But, if we listened to her video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ucC4HKaTQOw
Princess Kaoru said nothing about the end of the world, she advised us to strive to be a good person, love one another, and remove our egos to benefit mankind.
Now, let’s talk about Feng Shui for 2012.   This year, The Southeast sector is the most hazardous for your home or office.
It is due to the number 5 Yellow Star’s tendency to lean towards accidents and calamity, so if possible, do not use the Southeast location…….. http://fengshuisandiego.com/

LOVE COMES IN PAIRS, SINGLE IN DESPAIR — FENG SHUI FOR LOVE —

You cannot feel good and have negative thoughts at the same time.
It is impossible for you to feel bad and have good thoughts at the same time.
Good means good. (Rhonda Byrne)
Feng Shui San Diego Tips: To strengthen your relationships:
Do not place wood items in the SouthWest area.
Wood destroys the Earth element of love.
Solution: In the SouthWest area:
Put anything made of earth materials-terra cotta, clay, porcelain, natural crystals, geodes, stones, minerals, etc. items in multiples of two (love birds, doves, ducks, horses,  etc.
Love comes in pairs, single in despair!
