Someone once told me:
“A man who treats his woman like a Princess is proof that he has been raised by a Queen.”
Happy Mother’s Day, Queen Petra.
Thank you for raising a near perfect man that I was so blessed to have married 37 years ago.
Not only does he treat me like his Princess, my greatest reward was his guiding encouragement to uphold moral and ethical principles, without compromise.
This is a photo of my husband and his Mom, Queen Petra.
She was not on earth when I married my husband; and how I would love to have known her.
As a single Mom, my mother-in-law was so ahead of her time.
She did not have a car.
She raised five kids without government or any spousal assistance.
She worked full time.
She went to school part time, and graduated as an Registered Nurse.
No complaints, no explanations, was her motto.
She just tumbled forward to be the best that she could be.
Happy Mother’s Day, Mom………….:)
