2014 FENG SHUI FORECAST – YEAR OF THE WOODEN HORSE

January 31, 2014, starts the Chinese New Year (Lunar New Year).

It is the feng shui year of the Yang (excited) Wood Horse.

We last had a Yang Wooden Horse year back in 1954 and this is actually a cycle of 60 years.

Are you prepared?

Feng shui cures should be in place by February 4, 2014 to enhance love, romance, wealth, prosperity, luck, success, business, career, health, and peace of mind.

You can apply basic feng shui tips to harness the potential of yearly flying star energies and use it for best feng shui in your home or office.

In order to apply feng shui updates more effectively, it’s good to know the Bagua (Feng Shui Compass) of your home or office.

Be sure to have your positive feng shui areas clutter-free, brightly lit, with fresh active yang energy to allow for a good flow of energy in your home or office.

Bagua literally means “8 areas,” and it is one of the main tools used in feng shui to analyze the energy of any given space, be it home, office or garden.

Basically, the Bagua, is an all-important feng shui energy map of your home or office that shows which areas are positive or negative, that are connected to specific areas of your life.

You can easily define the Bagua, once you have a compass reading and a floor plan. This will show you the location of the different feng shui areas in your home or office.

Each of the 8 feng shui areas, or directions, has a specific feng shui element, and feng shui colors, as well as your life areas connected to it.

The color you wear for New Year celebration, as well as throughout the year, can bring good luck. The best choice of colors to wear is based on the feng shui element of the current Chinese New Year, which in 2014 is Wood (green color).

2014 is the Year of the Wood element – the Wood Horse – so to be in harmony with the energy of the year, it is recommended to wear the colors of the Wood feng shui element – shades of green.

In addition to the feng shui Wood element, you can also wear the colors of the Water and Earth elements, because these two elements support Wood in its growth and well-being.

Colors blue and black colors (Water element) as well as all earthy tones yellow and brown (Earth element) are also good in the coming year of 2014.

Blue will enhance good relationship and communication, while yellow will balance money, wealth and success.

You can wear not only clothing, but all sorts of accessories in the green-brown color scheme, such as jewelry, belts, and scarves.

To make it even more powerful, you can choose jewelry with natural crystals and stones with the presence of Wood energy, such as green jade, agate, and green tourmaline.

Also good are crystals and stones with the presence of Water element energy – such as turquoise, aquamarine, pearls, and moonstone.

Or, go for a simple black color.

Although Horses are considered to have the energy of fire, for 2014, minimize feng shui Fire element colors; red, purple, pink, or dark orange because Fire destroys wood (wooden horse).

Going with the Flow” in 2014 will mean another year of mixed finances although with more steady growth and recovery, however, very special cures and enhancers will be needed.

In 2014, the #4 Relationship energy Star moves into the center of the Bagua (center of your home or office), relationships can be an issue without taking precautions.

An “Annual Flying Stars Forecast” of Feng Shui is very important.

It calculates every particular combination of energies for the year, and helps us take precautions against destructive influences in a home or office.
